Grigol Julukhidze

Grigol Julukhidze – Founder, Senior Fellow

Grigol Julukhidze holds a B.A. Degree in Political Science from Ilia State University (2011) and the M.A. Degree in Public Discourse from the University of Silesia (2014). Grigol completed the courses of International Relations at Roma Tre University (2010) and Pazmany Peter Catholic University (2013). He studied Polish Language and Culture at Jagiellonian University in Krakow (2010). Grigol Julukhidze holds a certificate of Conflict Analysis, Policy Research and Advocacy from the University of California, Irvine (2011).

During his professional career, Grigol Julukhidze has served in various public, research, and international organizations throughout the European Union. He was an analyst of Visegrad Group at the Parliament of Poland and a Visiting Scholar at The Slovak Foreign Policy Association.

Nowadays Grigol works as a lecturer of Security Studies at different Georgian and European universities and is a Ph.D. candidate at Caucasus University.

The main area of Grigol’s research interest is the Central-European region.

Grigol Julukhidze is fluent in English, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Russian, and Czech languages.

George Medzmariashvili – Co-Founder, Senior Fellow

George Medzmariashvili holds the B.A. Degrees in Industrial and Civil Construction from Georgian Technical University (2006) and in Jurisprudence from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (2008). In 2008 he obtained the Master’s Diploma with Honors in Industrial and Civil Construction from Georgian Technical University and in 2010 he acquired the LL.M. Degree in Modern Administrative and Tax Law from Caucasus School of Law. In 2012 he was awarded the Degree of Doctor in Engineering. As a researcher George Medzmariashvili worked and studied at Munich University and at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice. During his professional career George has served in various public and private organizations on the different positions.

George Medzmariashvili is fluent in English, German, and Russian languages.

Giorgi Koberidze

Giorgi Koberidze – Senior Fellow

Giorgi Koberidze holds a B.A. Degree in Political Science (2013) and the M.A. Degree in International Relations (2015) from Georgian Institute of Public Affairs. During his professional career, Giorgi Koberidze has served in various public and private organizations on the different positions. He also was a Lecturer in Theories of Democratization and Introduction to Political Science at Georgian Institute of Public Affairs.

The main area of Giorgi’s research interest is the Western European region.

Giorgi Koberidze is fluent in English, German, and Russian languages.

Tornike Tsiramua – Senior Fellow

Tornike Tsiramua holds a B.A. Degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia (2013) and the M.A. Degree in International Relations from Ilia State University (2017). In 2016 he completed the course of study at the Estonian School of Diplomacy. During his professional career Tornike Tsiramua has served in a different public and private organizations on a different positions.

Nowadays, Tornike works as a Chief Specialist of the International Relations and Project Management division at the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Agriculture of Georgia, LEPL the Agency of Protected Areas.

The main area of Tornike’s research interest is the Balkans.

Tornike Tsiramua is fluent in English, Russian, and Serbo-Croatian languages.

Mariko Okruashvili

Mariko Okruashvili – Research Fellow

Mariko Okruashvili holds a B.A Degree in International Relations from Caucasus University (2014) and the M.A Degree in International Relations from Georgian Institute of Public Affairs. (2016). She completed the course of International Relations at Tallinn University of Technology (2014). Mariko holds a certificate of Research Methods from the Radboud University (2017). She also undertook the course of International Studies and Internationalization at Central European University (2018).

Nowadays Mariko Okruashvili works as an Undergraduate and Graduate Manager of Academic Degrees at Caucasus University and is a Ph.D. candidate.

The main area of Mariko’s research interest is Eastern Partnership.

Mariko Okruashvili is fluent in English, Spanish, Russian, and Japanese languages.

Giorgi Pipia  Research Fellow

Giorgi Pipia holds a B.A. Degree in International Relations from International Black Sea University (2016) and the MA Degree in Political Science from Ilia State University (2018). During his professional career, Giorgi Pipia has served in various public and private organizations on the different positions. The main area of Giorgi’s research interest is the Central-Eastern European region.

Giorgi Pipia is fluent in English and Spanish languages.

Diana Inanashvili – Research Fellow

Diana Inanashvili holds a B.A. Degree in Social Science from Tbilisi State University (2007) and the M.A. degree in International Relations from Ilia State University (2014). She undertook various international courses in Strategic Leadership, Security Studies, and Policy Research. Diana Inanashvili has more than 10 years of working experience in the public sector.

The main area of Diana’s research interest is Turkey

Diana Inanashvili is fluent in English and French languages.

Giga Jokhadze

Giorgi Jokhadze – Research Fellow

Giorgi Jokhadze holds a B.A. Degree in International Relations from the University of Georgia (2018). During his B.A. studies, Giorgi was an intern at The Analytical Center of International Politics (ACIP). During his professional career, Giorgi Jokhadze has served in various public and private organizations on the different positions.

The main area of Giorgi’s research interest is a foreign policy of the USA.

Giorgi is fluent in English and German languages.

Shota Mgeladze – Research Fellow

Shota Mgeladze holds a B.A Degree in International Relations from the Georgian-American University (GAU) and the MA Degree from Charles University. Shota was an intern at The Association internationale des etudiants en sciences economiques et commerciales (AIESEC). He undertook various international courses in Geopolitics and Security Studies.  The main area of Shota’s research interest is China.

Shota Mgeladze is fluent in English and Russian languages.

Otar Khutsishvili

Otar Khutsishvili – Lawyer

Otar Khutsishvili holds a B.A Degree in Law (2011) and the LL.M. Degree in Private (Business) Law (2018) from Ilia State University.

In 2014 Otar passed a bar exam and since 2016 he has been working as an attorney-at-law and a director of his legal bureau “K & O” ltd.

Nowadays Otar teaches Law at the Academy of Business and Technologies.

Otar Khutsishvili is an author of various scientific articles and publications.
