
Grigol Julukhidze – Director, Senior Fellow
Grigol Julukhidze holds a B.A. Degree (2011) in Political Science from Ilia State University (Tbilisi, Georgia), the M.A. Degree (2014) in Public Discourse from the University of Silesia (Katowice, Poland), and the PhD Degree (2020) in International Relations from Caucasus University (Tbilisi, Georgia).
Grigol completed the courses of International Relations at Roma Tre University in (Rome, Italy) and Pazmany Peter Catholic University in 2013 (Budapest, Hungary). He studied Polish Language and Culture at Jagiellonian University in Krakow (Krakow, Poland). Grigol Julukhidze holds a certificate of Conflict Analysis, Policy Research and Advocacy from the University of California, Irvine (Irvine, USA).
During his professional career, Grigol Julukhidze has served in various public, research, and international organizations throughout the European Union. He was an analyst of Visegrad Group at the Parliament of Poland (Warsaw, Poland) and Visiting Scholar at The Slovak Foreign Policy Association (Bratislava, Slovakia).
Nowadays Grigol works as a lecturer of Security Studies at different Georgian and European universities.
The main area of Grigol’s research interest is the Central-European region.

George Medzmariashvili – Vice-Director, Senior Fellow
George Medzmariashvili holds the B.A. Degrees in Industrial and Civil Construction (2006) from Georgian Technical University and in Law (2008) from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. In 2008 he obtained the Master’s Diploma with Honors in Industrial and Civil Construction from Georgian Technical University and in 2010 he acquired the LL.M. Degree in Modern Administrative and Tax Law from Caucasus School of Law. In 2012 he was awarded the Degree of Doctor in Engineering. As a researcher George Medzmariashvili worked and studied at Munich University and at Ca’ Foscari University of (Venice, Italy). During his professional career George has served in various public and private organizations on the different positions.
George Medzmariashvili is fluent in English, German, and Russian languages.

Giorgi Koberidze – Head of Research Department, Senior Fellow
Giorgi Koberidze holds a B.A. Degree in Political Science (2013) and the M.A. Degree in International Relations (2015) from Georgian Institute of Public Affairs. During his professional career, Giorgi Koberidze has served in various public and private organizations on the different positions. He also was a Lecturer in Theories of Democratization and Introduction to Political Science at GIPA
The main area of Giorgi’s research interest is the Western European region.

Mariam Okruashvili – Vice-Director
Mariam Okruashvili holds a B.A Degree in International Relations from Caucasus University (2014) and the M.A Degree in International Relations from Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (2016). She completed the course of International Relations at Tallinn University of Technology (2014). Mariam holds a certificate of Research Methods from the Radboud University (2017). She also undertook the course of International Studies and Internationalization at Central European University (2018).
Nowadays Mariam Okruashvili is an invited lecturer at Caucasus University. Teaches two mandatory courses – Conflict Methods and Modern World, Geopolitics. Mariko is a Ph.D. candidate.
Mariam Okruashvili is fluent in English, Spanish, Russian, and Japanese languages.
Giorgi Jokhadze – Research Fellow, Head of US Studies
Giorgi Jokhadze holds a B.A. Degree in International Relations (2017) from the University of Georgia (Tbilisi, Georgia) and the MA Degree in European Studies (2019) from Ilia State University (Tbilisi, Georgia). During his professional career, Giorgi Jokhadze has served in various public and private organizations on the different positions.
The main area of Giorgi’s research interest is a foreign policy of the USA.
Giorgi is fluent in English and German languages.

Shota Mgeladze – Research Fellow, Head of China Say
Shota Mgeladze holds a B.A Degree in International Relations from the Georgian-American University (GAU) and the MA Degree from Charles University. Shota was an intern at The Association Internationale des Etudiants en Sciences Economiques et Commerciales (AIESEC). He undertook various international courses in Geopolitics and Security Studies. Currently Shota os teaching at Georgian-American University.
The main area of Shota’s research interest is China.

Davit Mgeladze – Grant Proposal Manager
Davit Geladze holds a B.A Degree (2020) in International Relations from Caucasus University (Tbilisi, Georgia). Currently, he is earning the MA Degree in Public Administration from the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (Tbilisi, Georgia). Within the framework of his undergraduate studies, he finished Erasmus+ semester at Wroclaw University (Wrocalaw, Poland).
For the past 5 years, David has been actively involved in local and international projects and conferences.
Davit Geladze was the author and coordinator of various local and International projects supported by different donor organizations and agencies.
Davit Geladze is fluent Englis, Russian, and France languages.

Levan Inauri – Technical Editor
Levan Inauri holds a B.A. Degree in German Philology (2012) and the M.A. Degree in Comparative Literature from Ilia State University (2016). Currently, he is a Ph.D. student at Tbilisi State University (Tbilisi, Georgia) and within the framework of his graduate studies he carried out doctoral research in Comparative Literature under Erasmus+, DAAD, and OeAD scholarship programs at the following European universities: Friedrich Schiller University Jena (2017), European University Viadrina (2018-2020), University of Vienna (2019).
During his professional career, Levan Inauri took part in several social and political activities. In 2017 he published a book of short stories. He has completed translation jobs as well.
The main area of Levan’s research interest is the Interference of politics and literature.
